How to make a Complaint

We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. If it is not possible to promptly resolve your complaint, we will be in touch to update you on its progress through our complaint handling process. 

We aim to provide a final response to your complaint within eight weeks of the complaint being received. If this has not been possible, we will inform you when we expect to provide you with our final response, let you know if your complaint is eligible to be considered by the Financial Ombudsman Service and provide their contact details.
