Our capabilities
- Corporate Finance
- A range of corporate finance services is available to private and public corporates both inside and outside of our managed funds’ portfolios. Fundraising, sales of secondary stakes, refinancings and M&A are common activities.
- SPACs (Special Purpose Acquisition Company)
- Innvotec was instrumental in forming a US-based SPAC, assisting in the fundraise for the SPAC, helping to identify likely target companies and the subsequent acquisition of a target.
- Specialist Managed Funds
- Since its inception, Innvotec has launched and raised multiple funds, concentrating on conventional Limited Partnerships with a global base of investor and Tax-efficient funds aimed at UK private clients.
The current focus is very much on Limited Partnerships and typically addressing the raising of commitment to invest in a single target company. - Tax Efficient Funds
- Innvotec raised a series of tax efficient funds between 2014 and 2021. These funds invested under EIS and SEIS schemes in a number of emerging UK-based companies.
- Strategic Consultancy
- Outside of its regulated activities, Innvotec has a wealth of experience in providing Strategic and Business Consultancy to corporates both within its stable of portfolio companies and outside.
